We strive to make every Predominance product with the highest quality and to assure that each item arrives in working order. If you are missing a piece or have had difficulty in installing or using your device, we hope that you have tried to contact our customer support before deciding to return your device. If , however, you do need to return the device, please follow the “ Return Instructions”.
Predominance will not accept any return without a return authorization number. To receive credit for you device, you must properly package the device and all accessories. The unit must be received in good condition. You are responsible to ensure that the unit is packaged properly for safe return. Units received damaged from inbound shipment will not receive full credit.
Upon the safe return of a complete unit, Predominance will issue a credit to your account within 30 days. Should any adjustments be made for damaged or missing components, Predominance will supply you with an explanation of any charges and credits issued via your email address.
We cannot stress the importance of proper packaging. We want to stand
by our satisfaction promise to you but we cannot give full credit for
devices damaged due to improper shipment packaging, or items returned
incomplete. Please do take care to follow prudent packing techniques
when returning your device.

Here are the basic steps:
Place the item securely in the original package. If you don’t have the original packaging material we suggest that you take the device to a nearby shipping/packaging center such as The UPS Store, Federal Express Office and Print Center, Pack & Ship or similar packaging service store. If you do not have access to a shipping center, be sure to use a sturdy box and bubble wrap or anti-static Styrofoam peanuts ( usually pink ). Make sure the item is secure in the box and that the volume adjustment is sufficiently protected against the edge of the box. Don’t forget to enclose memory stick, mounting plate, pigtail cable and manual. Remember !! units improperly packaged and damaged will not receive full credit.!!
Enclose your contact information including name; address, phone and return authorization number on a separate piece of paper inside the box. Also mark the outside of the box or shipping document with the return authorization number.
